POLICY & FAQ’s I only service ages 13 & up. No kids. Is braiding hair provided? No hair is not included in any service. How long does my hair have to be? At least 3-4 inches all around. How I do I prep my hair before my appointment? Your hair needs to be shampooed but blowdry is included in every braid service. Can I bring someone to my appointment? No extra guest please unless they are being serviced after you. Do you travel? Yes. There is a $100 travel fee. Do I have to pay a deposit? Yes. Card on file will be charged if there is a last minute cancellation or a no show. Please respect my time! What payment method should I use? You can pay using card on file or pay remaining balance in cash or Apple Pay. If paying cash please use exact change. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled . There is a 10 min grace period and after 10 minutes a $15 late fee will be applied. After 15 minutes appointment may be canceled. Cancellation Policy 48 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled appointment is required in order to avoid a late cancellation fee. Clients cancelling with less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of your service fee in order to continue booking. Refund policy There is a no refund policy on all services.
